About Me

Hi, I’m Jess — mom of five, lover of quiet mornings, a good cup of coffee and someone who believes that strength is about so much more than the weight you can lift.

When I became a mother, I knew life would change — but what I didn’t realize was how easy it would be to lose track of myself while caring for everyone else. Over time, through trial, error, and lots of grace, I found ways to weave fitness, nutrition, and a stronger mindset into the fabric of everyday life — not perfectly, but intentionally.

This blog is where I share pieces of that journey: the honest reflections, the hard-earned lessons, the practical tips that have helped me — and might help you too. Whether you’re newly postpartum, several years into motherhood, or somewhere in between, I want you to feel like you have a place here. A place where you’re seen, where you’re not just “starting over” again, and where small steps forward matter.

You’ll find personal reflections, educational posts, simple recipes, and eventually opportunities to work with me one-on-one if you’re ready for deeper support.
